Bugs vs. Revisions
If OMRAO made an error or the website has a technical issue caused by OMRAO's implementation, fixing it does not count as a revision. For example, a button that does not work as intended is a technical correction. “I don't like this button anymore; make it completely different” is a design revision.
Revision Policy
Two organized revision rounds — not unlimited edits.
This keeps feedback organized, protects the project timeline, and makes sure both sides understand what is included before work begins.
What Does “2 Revision Rounds” Mean?
Your website project includes 2 rounds of revisions after the initial website design is presented. A revision round means you review the current website and submit one organized list of requested changes. OMRAO completes those requests and returns the updated version for review. The second revision round works the same way.
What a Revision Is Not
A revision round is not unlimited editing or continuous redesign. Revision rounds are intended for reasonable adjustments to the agreed-upon website design and project scope — not ongoing development or unlimited redesigns.
Submit One Organized List
Revision requests should be submitted together as one organized list per revision round. Requests sent separately after a revision has been completed may be included in the next available revision round or quoted separately depending on scope.
Approved Design Changes
Once a design element has been approved during the revision process, changing it again may be considered additional work if the new request represents a new design direction rather than a minor correction.
Changes Outside the Original Scope
The following are not considered normal revisions and should be quoted separately before work begins:
Adding completely new pages beyond the agreed page count
Creating a new website section that was not originally planned
Completely redesigning a page
Changing the entire website's design direction
Changing the website's branding after design approval
Adding new functionality
Adding booking systems
Adding e-commerce
Adding databases
Adding member/login systems
Adding complex animations
Adding third-party integrations
Rebuilding sections that were previously approved
Repeatedly changing the same design after approval
Replacing a large amount of client-provided content after implementation
Any request that substantially increases the original project scope
Example: One Revision Round
Change the homepage headline, replace 3 photos, update business hours, change the About Us paragraph, and change one button. Submitted together, these requests count as Revision Round 1.
Example: Not Included
After approving a 5-page website and using the second revision, asking for a completely different homepage design, 4 more pages, online booking, and a new color scheme is additional project scope and requires a separate quote.
Additional Work
Work outside the agreed project scope or included revision rounds may require an additional fee. You will be informed of the cost before additional work is performed. Custom work may receive a fixed project price, hourly estimate, or separate project proposal. No public hourly rate is listed unless OMRAO establishes one.
Client Content
Clients are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, contact information, business information, and other needed materials unless content creation is specifically included in the quote. Review submitted information before launch. Repeated content changes after implementation may be quoted separately.

How do payments work?
A $250 project deposit is required before development begins. The remaining balance is due before launch. For a $750 project, the deposit is $250 and the remaining balance is $500. The completed website is not launched until the remaining balance is paid.
Are revisions unlimited?
No. Your project includes 2 organized revision rounds. Each round means you review the website and submit one organized list of reasonable changes to the agreed design and scope. It is not unlimited editing or ongoing development.
What counts as a normal revision?
